Ready to design yours?
This is mine. By the end, you'll have yours.
You're not broken, and you don't need fixing. This is a private, pressure-free space to untangle the expectations, shame and survival scripts you were handed, and to deliberately design a life that feels extraordinary from the inside out.
Why Emeli shared hers first
I'm not asking you to do anything I haven't done myself.
In traditional coaching, the "expert" sits behind a credential while you're asked to reveal everything. That builds a hierarchy. Sharing a manifesto first flips it: here is my raw operating system, what I'm pruning, what I'm weaving, what my ancestors taught me. It's an offer of trust and shared humanity, not a template to copy.
The metaphor
A living compass, not a goal tracker.
Goal trackers are rigid. Miss a gym day and you've "failed". A manifesto works differently.
- It doesn't tell you the weather tomorrow. It tells you who you are when storms hit.
- It names your non-negotiables: "Rest is not a reward." "My nervous system is not a machine."
- It's the anchor you return to when the world tries to pull you back into old habits.
How yours takes shape
Four spaces. Your words. Your pace.
As you go, your answers gather into your own manifesto page: what you're pruning, what you're weaving and what you'll live by. It's yours to keep, print and change whenever you grow.
Radical agency
"I want a life that feels extraordinary from the inside. That's the one I'm building."
Start quietly. Type, speak or just sit with the questions. Your project saves as you go, on your terms.
